Earlier this week, Will and I went to the spas in Bath, Thermae Bath Spas. We have been a couple of times before and we absolutely love it! It’s just such a nice and relaxing activity to do and they have some excellent services and amenities that make the spas extra special. 

Our favourite part of the spas, without a doubt, is the rooftop pool overlooking parts of Bath. Bath is such a beautiful city and to be able to look over it in a lovely and relaxing setting such as a heated rooftop pool is just luxurious! Other than this, they also have a whole floor dedicated saunas, steam rooms and ice rooms. There are multiple saunas with different temperatures to cleanse your skin and make you sweat out all the toxins, and then an ice rooms for you to cool down after. They also have a whirlpool with a “hot tub” inspired pool on the Ground floor which is really nice and relaxing too! 

The package does not include any treatments but it is £35 for 2 hours per person to use all of the amenities as well as the restaurant (although I haven’t heard very good things about the food there…). However, if you download the “Bath So Maps’ app and show it to reception, you can get 3 hours at the spa instead of two for the same price!!! It really is worth it and we have done it every time we have been 😊

The only annoying thing about this spa is that the toilets and showers are on a different floor to the changing rooms and the pools etc. so whenever you need the loo and if you want to shower off the chlorine after, it’s slightly inconvenient. It’s just not structured and organised well to be honest but otherwise this spa really is amazing and Will and I absolutely love going here once in a while to wind down and chill. 

If you are ever in Bath, I highly recommend this and to definitely download the Bath So Maps app to get that extra hour for free!
